Course Accreditation Application:
Section A: Evaluation Fee:
- If Evaluation Required: $35 for courses requesting up to 2 PDHs + $10 for every additional PDH over 2.
- If Already Evaluated by Certified PIE Evaluator (submitted more than five business days in advance of scheduled course date): $0
- Pre-Evaluated courses submitted five (5) or less business days in advance of scheduled course date: $100 Expedited Service Fee plus $10 for every additional PDH over 2.
Section B: Course Registration Fee:
- If Non-Profit Training Provider: $75
- If Commercial Training Provider: $175
Section C: Expedited Service Fee:
- Expedited Service for courses requiring evaluation: $100 for courses requesting up to 2 PDHs + $5 for every additional PDH over 2.
- Pre-Evaluated courses submitted five (5) or less business days in advance of scheduled course date: $100 plus $10 for every additional PDH over 2.
Total Course Accreditation Application Fee = Section A + Section B + Section C
Course Renewal Form:
- Not for Profit Training Provider: $25/year/course
- Commercial Training Provider: $75/year/course
Individual Member-Program Evaluator:
- BiAnnual Dues or BiAnnual Renewals cost $50
Sponsor Organizations:
- Pre-Application: $25 to apply
- Sponsor Organizations: $300/year
