This pre-application, with application fee, initiates a process to determine if an organization may qualify for Sponsor Member status. An initial review will confirm whether a full sponsor application should be prepared. An Annual Sponsor fee of $300 will be due with the submittal of the full Sponsor Application. Once a formal organization and procedure review has commenced, the fee will no longer be refundable regardless of the outcome of the review
